Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

3-4 business days from your order date unless it’s a preorder, you will get informed of the delivery time.

The shipping costs may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items.

Refund is only applicable in the event of receiving the item damaged or defective although we do our best to deliver our items in a perfect condition. Exchanges only can take place within 14 days of purchase date.All  exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.All exchanged items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents.The original items must be returned within 14 days of the exchange request. If the deadline has passed and we have not received the items to be exchanged, the price of the new items will be charged to the original payment method.
