1. Is a refund possible?
Yes, we provide refunds within 14 days. We strive to deliver all items in perfect condition, so items are checked first to make sure they are in the same condition as we sent out and then the refund process is proceeded. Incase we receive the item damaged or not the same condition as delivered, no refunds will be made. For online orders, you can return it with the courier same day received or you can request another courier for extra delivery fees to pick up your order within the 14 days. Please ensure the item meets the exchange and refund criteria outlined below.
